Our core technology is multi-process metalworking, including iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy machining, surface treatment and Plastic Moulding Techniques technology.We can participate in the product design stage of our customers to provide them with the best product solutions and meet the one-stop purchasing requirements to enhance customer adhesion. We are good at accepting small-lot orders from international manufacturers for a variety of parts with a small number of characteristics, and we are flexible in production to meet the diversified needs of our customers. Our products cover aerospace, medical devices, green energy, automotive parts, optical parts, and consumer products, etc. Our end products include brake pad backing plates, turbocharger bends and fittings, flywheel housings, rocker arm housings, exhaust manifolds, brackets, mandrels, wind turbine braking system parts, and a variety of industrial machinery parts and components. In addition to focusing on production, we have also established a production technology department and sampling line, with rapid product development and sampling capabilities to meet customers' development requirements at different stages. At the same time, by leveraging the cost advantages of upstream suppliers and utilizing our own technology to improve the integration and management of supply chain resources, we can effectively control product costs and improve product margins. Self-built factory from die-casting mold design and manufacturing, production of die-casting billets, grinding and polishing, fixture design and manufacturing, precision machining, anodizing, fine spray coating, to laser etching and silkscreen printing and other one-stop supporting production.
